1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using jobs.educatedus.com (“Website”, “Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on EducatedUS Jobs’ website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • We are not party to any employment agreements between users and employers
  • Users are responsible for verifying employer legitimacy and job details

5. User Content

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall EducatedUS Jobs, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EducatedUS Jobs and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees).

12. Termination

By You

  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features
  • Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately

By Us

  • We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason
  • Grounds for termination include breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the service
  • Upon termination, we may delete your account and all associated data

Effect of Termination

  • All provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive
  • Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

14. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. We’ll try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email.

Formal Disputes

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through the courts of England and Wales. You consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our service.
